Whew! This past week has been a whirlwind for our team at Clinical List America, and we could not be more excited about it!

Over the weekend, our team spent time in Amelia Island, Florida. We weren’t there for a company vacation (although we were able to see some stunning Amelia Island sunsets and sunrises), but instead for the 8th Annual Site Solutions Summit.

Site Solutions Summit was a wonderful opportunity to interact with our clients face-to-face, learn more exclusively about our clients’ needs and discuss our mutual commitment to the advancement of the clinical research industry. As a Performance Partner, we were even able to engage with clinical research professionals from across the country in a roundtable discussion focused on locating and relating to potential participants.

In between breakout sessions, roundtables and networking events (including a lunchtime picnic on the beach!), Clinical List America also had the opportunity to engage with Summit attendees – including both new and familiar faces – at our booth. Customer advocate, Mary Lou, discussed our direct mail recruitment products and services, and Gary (VP/Marketing/Client Strategy) and client Nathan (Coastal Carolina Research Center) introduced our newest service offering – our Volunteer Information Program (V.I.P.).

Through both client feedback and professional seminars (like those at the Site Solutions Summit), we have learned that potential participants want to be acknowledged, involved, educated and thanked for their contributions to clinical research. To help our clients engage and maintain these types of relationships with their (potential) participants, we designed our V.I.P program. V.I.P is a strategic, high-touch marketing tool, as client and V.I.P user Nathan demonstrated during the conference. It aims to attract potential participants, inform them of beneficial health information and maintain relationships for future trial opportunities and referrals – providing optimum patient involvement and satisfaction.

As a patient recruitment specialist, Clinical List America appreciates any opportunity to learn more about our clients – including their goals, needs and every day obstacles. We are dedicated to providing innovative patient recruitment, and it is events like the Site Solutions Summit that allow us to learn about our clients on a more personal level. For this, we’d like to give a quick, “thank you!” to the SCRS team for all of their hard work on this wonderful conference. Our team had a great time at the Summit, and we are already looking forward to next year’s conference!
